Content commissioned for profit-oriented projects will be considered for commercial purposes. Based on the scope of use, I broadly categorize it into three types:
Non-Commercial Use
- The commissioned content can only be used privately by the client and may only be posted on non-profit social media accounts.
- The client cannot utilize the commissioned content for profit-oriented projects.
- The author is free to publicly share this commissioned content online.
Self-Media Use
- Self-media typically refers to creators with a YouTube-like profile.
- Artistic Promotion: In this context, commissioned content is displayed across various online/offline media platforms to attract consumer attention and serve as promotional material. Examples include social media avatars, video cover images, and social media post graphics.
- Consumer Content: Although commissioned content is not the primary revenue driver, it is included in profit-generating projects. For instance, exclusive perks for members.
- The author cannot freely publish this work online.
Commercial Product Use
- Any use of commissioned content within profit-oriented projects falls under commercial product use.
